Returns Policy

The customers of www.baby4u.online retain the right to return the products they have chosen and received, within a period that does not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of their delivery. The shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by the Company and are borne by the customer.

The return policy for ordered and shipped products can only apply if:

• The product has not suffered any intentional or unintentional damage from the customer (including damage due to poor transportation, careless removal of its packaging, incorrect assembly, inappropriate use, etc.)

• The product has not been used.

• The product comes with its original packaging and all its contents.

• The product to be returned is accompanied by a copy of the invoice or retail receipt.

All our products are checked before they are sent to you.

ATTENTION: If you return a product and it is found that it does not meet the above conditions or has a defect, then the product will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
